Hanging medium training mono-ball is a specialist for increasing of upper body strength, mainly forarms, elbows, shoulders, wrists, back and abdominal muscles. It is possible to do dead hangs or pull ups with both hands oriented to each other (squeezing) or paralel (slopering). Furthermore you can move or jump up with hands. You can also change difficulty of holding and/or do the exercise according to your training goal by choosing correct holding place.
